Medicare Coverage
If you're approaching age 65 or already enrolled in Medicare, understanding your options is crucial. Medicare has multiple parts and supplemental options that can be confusing.
Medicare Parts Explained
- Part A: Hospital insurance covering inpatient care, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, and some home health care.
- Part B: Medical insurance covering doctor visits, outpatient care, medical supplies, and preventive services.

Important Enrollment Periods
Initial Enrollment Period: Begins 3 months before your 65th birthday month and extends 3 months after.
Annual Enrollment Period (AEP): October 15 - December 7 each year. Make changes to your Medicare Advantage and Part D coverage.
Open Enrollment Period: January 1 - March 31 for Medicare Advantage members only.
